Civiello (HK goalie’s Dad) For the past 8 years or so I have put together a summer tournament team consisting of a great mix of boys from Clinton, Valley, Old Lyme, Old Saybrook, HK, Notre Dame WH, Xavier, Williams School, etc. I take pride in the fact that we are local and that the boys from competing shoreline towns get to instead play with each other as fellow lacrosse players, teammates, and friends.
This team is not meant to compete for players with the popular tournament teams like Sharks or Team CT, but rather to provide our boys an option to play competitive summer lacrosse at lower cost. I volunteer my time as coach, and so the only cost comes from tournament fees and uniforms. We usually play 2 to 3 tournaments that may be 1 or 2 days each, from the end of June to the end of July. Cost per player is based on those expenses and the number of players we get for the team. Usually around $200 to $300. We will practice 2 to 3 times per week. email michael.d.civiello@gmail.com
