Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday: find some time for personal training:

  • go for a run (3 miles recommended)

  • Wall ball for 30min (lefty & righty, fakes)

  • Can’t head outside? Push ups and sit ups. Do 10, then every day do just one more than you did the previous

  • Jumping jacks

Thursday: We’ll have lifting on Thursday after school, 2:30-3:30. If it’s not raining/snowing, prepare to head outdoors. Meet in the weight room.

All of us need to put in time to be better. Better for ourselves, better for our defense/offensive units, better for the team and better for the school. Don’t let your teamates down, put in this work.
