We’ve got just 27 days till practice starts. Will you be ready?

Here’s an easy way to get yourself ready for lacrosse season:

  1. Put grades first. Be the student, then an athlete.

  2. This is personal. Our Captains can’t, our Seniors can’t, our last-year-starters can’t, our coaching staff can’t. This has to come from you. Find the drive to better yourself, for the team.

  3. Do something every day:

    1. head out on a run (30 min is all it takes)

    2. Push ups & sit-ups: start with how many ever you can, then increase that number by 1 a day. Commit to it every day.

    3. Find time for some wall-ball.

    4. Join us for lifting/workouts this week:

  • Monday, 2:30-3:30

  • Tuesday, 2:30-3:30

  • Thursday, 2:40-3:30

SENIORS: Meeting with Coach, 1pm next Sunday (3/1) @ Ashlawn Coffee. Informal meeting to discuss season, goals, and lacrosse in Old Saybrook.
