We’ve got just 27 days till practice starts. Will you be ready?
Here’s an easy way to get yourself ready for lacrosse season:
Put grades first. Be the student, then an athlete.
This is personal. Our Captains can’t, our Seniors can’t, our last-year-starters can’t, our coaching staff can’t. This has to come from you. Find the drive to better yourself, for the team.
Do something every day:
head out on a run (30 min is all it takes)
Push ups & sit-ups: start with how many ever you can, then increase that number by 1 a day. Commit to it every day.
Find time for some wall-ball.
