Here are the opportunities this week:
Lifting/cardio: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
Monday, 5-6pm OSPR indoor lacrosse (open to all HS players)
Things you can do if you can’t make some of the above:
wall ball - we need your stick skills to be better than average on day 1
Go for a run. Jog for 30 min, don’t worry about mileage, just get out there.
Think. What do you want to accomplish this season? All-Shoreline? All-State? Begin that journey today.
